Elle analyse le sort fait à la philosophie du XVIIIe siècle dans la transition qui voit son pays basculer d’un régime communiste à un régime nationaliste fondé sur une mythologie hun-magyar, utilisée traditionnellement par l’extrême-droite hongroise. Après le Concile de Trente on assiste, dans les cités italiennes et dans les états du pape, à une marginalisation croissante des prostituées qui sont à le fois cantonnées et taxées, écartées et intégrées. Pourtant ce ne sont pas des conduites sexuelles scandaleuses qui en font, de plus en plus, un gibier d’inquisition. En fait le Saint Office s’intéresse aux incantations, conjurations et oraisons « pour l’amour » qui semblent être un savoir spécifiquement lié au métier. L’article, fondé principalement sur (...) le fonds inédit de l’inquisition de Modène, met en évidence, grace à l’extrême minutie du dialogue inquisitorial, la complexité culturelle de ce savoir – entre oral et écrit, entre manuscrit et imprimé – et son lien à la performance rituelle dont les prostituées sont reconnues comme les seules officiantes efficaces. C’est dans l’ambivalence – sociale, culturelle et symbolique – des prostituées que s’enracine leur pouvoir d’intermédiaires que les oraisons incarnent dans un panthéon des médiatrices de l’amour (Vierge, Sainte Marthe, Diane, Sybille). Dans sa Psychologie du point de vue empirique Brentano fonde le caractère scientifique de la psychologie sur le geste qui délimite le domaine particulier de cette science aux seuls phénomènes psychiques, en excluant les phénomènes physiques. La distinction entre ces deux types de phénomènes devient ainsi essentielle pour le projet brentanien d’une psychologie scientifique. L’objectif de ce travail est de montrer d’une part que la critique que Husserl fait à la fin de ses Recherches logiques de la distinction brentanienne entre (...) phénomènes psychiques et phénomènes physiques ne tient pas compte entièrement de la finesse de la théorie brentanienne des phénomènes physiques. Il s’agira cependant, par la suite de montrer les difficultés qui découlent précisément de cette conception brentanienne complexe des phénomènes physiques, en particulier ceux qui se présentent sous la forme des sensations. Nous montrerons que la théorie brentanienne des sensations à l’époque de sa Psychologie donne à ces phénomènes un caractère double, à la fois physique et psychique, et met ainsi en danger le projet même de délimiter définitivement le domaine de la psychologie aux seuls phénomènes psychiques. L’Université, définie comme « institution gourmande », valorise la figure symbolique du chercheur entièrement investi dans son travail, supposant un rapport quasi exclusif de l’individu au métier. Cet investissement est d’autant plus réclamé que le chercheur est soumis à l’injonction de produire beaucoup et vite en même temps que de faire preuve d’une mobilité internationale dans un contexte de forte concurrence pour des postes définitifs proportionnellement rares. Étudiant les chargés de recherche recrutés sur des mandats à durée déterminée du Fonds (...) National de la Recherche Scientifique (FNRS) en Belgique, les auteurs montrent l’importance d’adopter une perspective relationnelle de la carrière scientifique qui prenne en considération son interférence avec la vie privée. Trois logiques spatio-temporelles sont dégagées : une logique d’intégration, une logique de conciliation et une logique du conflit. Ces logiques sont associées aux situations de vie des chercheurs (être célibataire, en couple, avoir ou non des enfants…) et posent la question du genre. (shrink)

Les principes de la didactique narrative de la philosophie sont justifiés théoriquement. Or, il y a un fossé entre la théorie et la pratique, qui n’est comblé ni par Rehfus ni par Martens. Martens définit les philosophes comme experts de certaines communautés scientifiques. Le dialogue avec les étudiants, en tant qu’activité pragmatique systématique, est le lieu de la philosophie. « La didactique de la philosophie est ŕ la fois la connaissance et l’aptitude ŕ l’autodétermination commune. » Cependant, ce partenariat dialogique (...) reste une construction postulée. La position de Rehfus affirme la męme chose, en prétendant que la conscience de la modernité traverse une crise et que, par conséquent, la philosophie pourrait aider ŕ rétablir l’identité du moi. Pourtant, l’école ne peut résoudre le problčme d’évaluation du processus de rétablissement du moi. Les concepts et les constructions théoriques ne sont toutefois pas identiques ŕ la réalité: ce ne sont que des instruments heuristiques. La société et l’histoire ne sont pas des constructions monistes qui doivent ętre saisies par la pensée, mais des possibilités qui doivent ętre comprises dans le fond. Quelles mutations de la scène contemporaine le concept de paysage, de plus en plus présent dans le discours théâtral actuel, est-il capable d’éclairer? De quoi le paysage est-il le nom? Par le prisme de la scène-paysage, l’article engage une réflexion sur les possibles conceptions d’une scène non anthropocentrique, en visitant des spectacles de Robert Wilson, Claude Régy et Maguy Marin. Ni décor pour les personnages ni fond de scène pour les acteurs, le paysage, caractérisé par la ligne d’horizon qui l’unifie (...) et par son absence de centre, nous inciterait à penser la scénographie en lien direct avec l’activité cognitive du spectateur et, plus précisément, avec l’expérience du regard. Resumo: Tomando o pensamento lukacsiano, podemos afirmar que as distorções que se apresentam no trabalho refletem diretamente nos atos reprodutivos do homem, na sua sociabilidade. Portanto, todas as categorias da superestrutura ficam comprometidas, inclusive a educação, visto que o espelhamento da realidade estará fundamentado na exploração promovida pelo capital. Partindo dessas considerações o presente artigo objetiva mostrar como o duplo aspecto da reprodução também se reflete na educação. Para tanto tomamos o pensamento do filósofo György Lukács, a partir da sua (...) obra Ontologia do Ser Social, demonstrando ainda que essa dupla face pode ser relacionada à tematização de Saviani em relação às Teorias Não-Críticas, Teorias Crítico-Reprodutivistas e à Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica. Em nossas conclusões afirmamos que a educação no sentido omnilateral, correspondente à face positiva da reprodução, sendo uma das alternativas viáveis para a mudança do estado atual de coisas. The double aspect of reproduction and its influence on education: Taking lukacsian thought, we can say that the distortions that appear at work reflect directly on the reproductive acts of man, on his sociability. Therefore, all categories of the superstructure are compromised, including the education, since the mirroring of reality will be based on the exploration promoted by capital. From these considerations the present article aims to show how the double aspect of reproduction is also reflected in education. For this we take the thought of the philosopher György Lukács, from his work Ontology of the Social Being, further demonstrating that this double face can be related to Saviani's thematization in relation to Non-Critical Theories, Critical-Reproductive Theories and Pedagogy Historical-Criticism. In our conclusions we affirm state that education in the omnilateral sense, corresponding to the positive face of reproduction, is one of the viable alternatives for changing the current state of things. Le double aspect de la reproduction et son influence en education Résumé: Selon la pensée lukacsienne, nous pouvons affirmer que les distorsions existantes dans le travail influent directement sur les actes de reproduction de l’homme, sur sa sociabilité. Par conséquent, toutes les catégories de la superstructure sont compromises, notamment l’éducation, puisque le reflet de la réalité sera fondé sur l’exploitation promue par le capital. A partir de ces considérations, le présent article cherche à montrer comment le double aspect de la reproduction se reflète également en éducation. Le poste routier du lieu-dit Παράγκα, à Χοιρόμανδρες, est l'un des postes de garde les plus importants de la route reliant l'habitat minoen d'Aμπέλoς (Ξηρόκαμπος) à la région fortement peuplée de Πάνω Ζάκρος et à la ville palatiale du même nom. La dernière campagne de fouille de la construction, dans le courant de l'année 1989, et les études topographiques complémentaires effectuées dans la vallée de Χοιρόμανδρες, ont confirmé qu'il s'agit d'une puissante construction à caractère défensif, s'insérant dans un programme plus (...) vaste, destiné à contrôler les communications. Il fut fondé au MM II et resta en usage jusqu'au MR IB, époque à laquelle il s'écroula, mais il est impossible de préciser si son utilisation a changé lors des occupations successives. L'aménagement architectural et les trouvailles ont des parallèles, aussi bien dans d'autres postes de garde routiers que dans des édifices datant du Minoen Moyen, l'époque où devrait avoir été dessiné le réseau routier minoen. Este texto objetiva desenvolver discussão sobre os fundamentos dialéticos do desenvolvimento profissional docente. Estrutura-se na revisão de literatura com base em ideias de autores que abordam estudos sobre o desenvolvimento profissional docente e no conceito de desenvolvimento fundamentado nas leis gerais do Materialismo Histórico Dialético. Dentre os resultados constatados com o estudo, destaca-se a compreensão de que os autores analisados realizam discussão do desenvolvimento profissional docente como processo de constituição do ser professor relacionado a aquisição de saberes e competências necessárias (...) à profissão. A partir da discussão dos fundamentos dialéticos do desenvolvimento profissional docente, concluiu-se que o mesmo é o movimento histórico e dialético de constituição das maneiras de pensar, sentir e agir do professor e se manifesta nas suas relações pessoais, profissionais e institucionais. Dialectical Foundations of Professional Teaching Development Abstract: This text aims to develop discussions on the dialectical foundations of professional teaching development. It is structured in the literature review based on ideas of authors that address studies about the professional teaching development and in the concept of the development grounded on the general laws of Dialectical Historical Materialism. Among the results found due the study, we highlight the comprehension that the analyzed authors hold discussion on the professional teaching development as a constitution process of being a teacher related to the knowledge acquisition and the necessary competences in the profession. From the discussion on dialectical foundations of professional teaching development, it was concluded that it is the historical and dialectical movement of constitution of ways of thinking, feeling, and acting as a teacher and it is manifested in its personal, professional, and institutional relations. Parmi les résultats constatés avec l'étude, on met en évidence la compréhension que les auteurs analysés réalisent discussion du développement professionnel des enseignants comme processus de constitution d’être professeur lié à l'acquisition de connaissances et compétences nécessaires à la profession. À partir de la discussion des fondements dialectiques du développement professionnel des enseignants, on a été conclu le même est le mouvement historique et dialectique de constitution des façons de penser, de sentir et d'agir du professeur et se manifeste dans ses relations personnelles, professionnelles et institutionnelles. Business ethics attracts increasing attention from business practitioners and academic researchers. Concerns over fraudulent behavior keep attentionfocused on ethics in businesses. The accounting profession pays particularattention to matters of ethical judgment. The profession has adopted a strictcode of conduct and many states require the passage of an ethics exam to gaincertification. The more that is understood about the relationship of gender and ethics, the better chance of education and training programs will bedesigned to improve ethical awareness and sensitivity. Prior studies (...) have found that personal characteristics are an important aspect of cultural norms.This study analyzes the responses of students from eight different countries toquestions on their probable actions to an ethical dilemma. In this paper, I develop the notion of the experiential workspace, or the phenomenal setting generated by the coupling between the enactive body and its affordance-laden environment, in order to carry out a fine-grained analysis of enactive experiential phenomena, in particular those of ordinary lived experience. My purpose is to shed light on some of the ways that empirical methodologies are intrinsically limited in their ability to capture the native phenomena of enactive, embodied experience. Drawing on the work of Merleau-Ponty, (...) I argue that the experiential workspace is characterized by dynamic mutability, emergent norms, and epistemic openness - characteristics that are transphenomenal in nature and thus resistant to empirical measurement. Using concepts from the work of developmental psychologist Lev Vygotsky and feminist philosopher Iris Marion Young, I will show how our embeddedness in an intersubjective world makes the experiential workspace a mercurial, labile phenomenon, characterized by inherently transphenomenal features that are resistant to naturalistic analysis or modelling. The objective of this study is to explore and to verify the utility of the five moral foundations to differentiate between two understudied groups, namely, young offenders who use violence against their parents or dating partners, as well as to predict the extent to which these young people justify violence and perceive themselves as aggressive. Although both types of violence imply, by definition, harming someone and adopting a position of authority, we hypothesize a very different role for at least these (...) two moral foundations. Our results support this idea and show a much lower regard for the five moral foundations, including care and authority, in the child-to-parent violence group than in the dating violence group. Additionally, the authority foundation was able to increase the effectiveness of correctly classifying the participants in one group or the other by 29%. Finally, care and authority, along with fairness, served to predict justification of violence and self-perceived aggressiveness. The moral foundations approach provides preliminary evidence to better understand two specific types of youth violence and extract preventive educational and treatment strategies. (shrink)

Academic cheating has become a pervasive practice from primary schools to university. This study aims at investigating this phenomenon through a nomological network which integrates different theoretical frameworks and models, such as trait and social-cognitive theories and models regarding the approaches to learning and contextual/normative environment. Results on a sample of more than 200 Italian university students show that the Amoral Manipulation facet of Machiavellianism, Academic Moral Disengagement, Deep Approach to Learning and Normative Academic Cheating are significantly associated with Individual (...) Academic Cheating. Moreover, results show a significant latent interaction effect between Normative Academic Cheating and Amoral Manipulation Machiavellianism: "amoral Machiavellians" students are more prone to resort to Academic Cheating in contexts where Academic Cheating is adopted as a practice by their peers, while this effect is not significant in contexts where Academic Cheating is not normative. Results also show that Academic Moral Disengagement and Deep Approach to learning partially mediate the relationship between Amoral Manipulation and Academic Cheating. Practical implications of these results are discussed. (shrink)
